All photographs, text, and other content on this site are copyright 2026 Jaylee Paige unless otherwise noted. Content may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Photography services

Photography services are contracted individually. This website describes services but does not constitute a binding offer. Every project is governed by a separate written agreement signed by the client and Jaylee Paige before the shoot. That agreement controls scope, deliverables, rights, payment, rescheduling, and cancellation terms.

Inquiries through the contact form

Submitting an inquiry through the contact form is not a booking and does not create a contractual obligation. A project is only considered booked when a signed contract and deposit have been received.

Portfolio use

Images delivered to clients are licensed for the client’s commercial use as specified in the signed contract. I retain copyright and reserve the right to use images in my own portfolio, on this website, and on social media unless a specific confidentiality clause is agreed in writing before the shoot.

Third-party links

This site may link to third-party sites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided “as is”. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site.
