Image rights and portfolio use
Clients who hire me for photography receive commercial usage rights for their business as specified in their contract. I retain copyright on all photographs I create and may use images from completed projects in my own portfolio (on this site, on social media, and in promotional materials) unless a specific NDA or confidentiality clause is agreed in writing before the shoot.
